13. Annual Maintenance Contracts
Annual maintenance agreements may be offered to clients based on service requirements. Contracts include scheduled inspections, servicing intervals, and priority response options. Contract pricing, inclusions, and service levels are defined within individual agreements. Early termination fees may apply.
